❀️PORK CHEEK DINNER IN GIANT YORKIE ❀️

This meal was MEGA MEGA MEGA 😍😍 if you’ve not tried pork cheeks then you really need to!!!!!

I first tried these in a beautiful little Spanish restaurant looking out over the lakes πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡ΈπŸ₯° It’s not something I’d order normally…. I thought 🐷 cheeks now that’s weird but trust me after having a try of my mums I was 😍😍WOW 🀩

When slow cooked the pork is so tender, the meat just falls apart and melts in your mouth🀀 I’ve never tasted meat this good, it’s seriously on another level.

🀎 Remove any visible fat from the pork cheeks and seal both sides in a hot pan, sprinkle with a little salt & black pepper then place in the slow cooker with 2 whole small red onions.

πŸ’› Pour over SYN free SPEED gravy over the pork cheeks and cook low for 3 hours ⏱ method in my highlights ⬆️ all made in the soup maker this time.

πŸ’š Potato & swede mash, mashed with 1 beaten egg and a pinch of salt & black pepper…. so creamy and SYN FREE with speed too 😜

❀️ Giant Yorkshire puddings – 4 syns each ‴️ method in my highlights ‴️

🧑 SYN FREE Stuffing balls – moulded into small ball using 2 @aldi plant based rosemary & red onion sausages into balls and cook in the oven

πŸ’œ Carrots πŸ₯• purple sprouting broccoli πŸ₯¦ peas πŸ’• @tesco mint sauce (0.5 syn/tbsp)
