💛RIGATONI HALLOUMI BOLOGNESE 💛

I haven’t done a pasta dish in a few weeks and I was craving carbs…so I wanted to make a speed packed meal which I get plenty of leftover to stick in the freezer… these are perfect for a quick tasty meal.

This is my favourite Bolognese recipe and I’ve used it for years, even if I’ve not followed Slimming World, it’s lush 😋

SYN FREE RECIPE ⤵️ using 1 HexA for the halloumi (part 2nd HexA if you have parmesan) and HexB for the garlic ciabatta

Once the vegetables are cooked and the meat is tender fry 180g of reduced fat halloumi cheese – cut into small cubes until brown and add to the top of the Bolognese

Serve with your favourite pasta – I used @aldiuk rigatoni 🍝

I sprinkled 1 tsp of parmesen (part HexA) and served with tender stem broccoli and garlic bread using a @scharglutenfreeuk ciabatta (HexB) method in my highlights 🆙
