🍔🌶 TANDOORI SMASH & BHAJI BURGER 🌶🍔
Now you seriously need to make this…. No word of a lie it was sensational 🤩 I never seem to enjoy homemade beef burgers as much as my hubby does but this was a total game changer 🤯

Approx 716 kcals – 54.6g Protein
Recipe makes 2 huge burgers (3 smash burgers each (1 syn) 🍔 8 Syns for the @aldiuk brioche seeded bun but you could use a healthy B choice.
I mixed 5% beef mince with 1 tbsp @spicentice tandoori spice (discount code below), 10g panko crumbs (2 syns), 1 egg yolk.
Divided into 6, rolled into a ball. Heat a frying pan with low cal spray and squash the burger balls down with a spatula. Cook for 2 mins each side and serve.
I served in my burger bun with lettuce, 2 @aldiuk lighter cheese slices (3/HexA), 1 onion bhaji each (syn free – see pic) and 1 tbsp @shaws_1889 mango chutney (1 syn)
I served with my favourite SYN FREE chips – method in pics but this time I used @spicentice Bombay potato’s seasoning.
