⭐️ CREAMY GARLIC TAGLIATELLE TOPPED WITH PARMESAN CHICKEN⭐️
WOW 😍 We’re all loving this dish tonight…. Mixing up the @pinchofnom recipe and teaming it with delicious crispy cheesy chicken 🍗 Happy tummy’s all round.
Recipe serves 4 – less than 1 HexA 🧀
🧀 Blend 1 @morrisons free from white roll (HexB), mix in 68g of grated parmesan cheese (just over 2 HexA), pinch garlic granules, pinch parsley & black pepper.
🍗 Dip chicken breasts into beaten egg, then into the cheesy crumb and pan fry, until cooked & golden.
🍄 To a pan fry 1 sliced onion, sliced mushrooms and 3 cloves of crushed garlic. Lightly fry for a few minutes until they start to brown then add 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp white wine vinegar, 1 tsp Dijon mustard (0.5 syn), stir and pour in 400mls stock – using 1 beef & 1 chicken cube.
Simmer until the stock has reduced by half then stir in 1 tube of @primula_cheese light (2 HexA) once melted add the chicken back to the pan and continue to cook for 10 mins.
I served with tagliatelle and salad
