A juicy scrumptious salmon tonight and made extra easy by using one of the new Chinese rice pouches from Aldi – perfect for that quick meal 😋

I marinated the salmon in garlic, soy sauce and 1 tsp honey each (1 syn) then cooked in the air fryer for 15 minutes, in a foil parcel – open up the foil for the last 5 minutes.
🍚 @aldi Satay Flavour Rice (2.5 syns / 194 cals per 1/2 pk) cooked in the microwave for 2 minutes. In all honesty I won’t buy this one again, it wasn’t for me. The sweet & sour one is lovely though 🥰
Sugar snap peas and Crispy (seaweed) Kale 🥬 sprinkled with sweetener & salt, a few sprays of @frylighthq and baked in the oven on 150 until crisp (give it a mix occasionally)
