New Recipe tonight with a beautiful Chinese fakeaway…… crispy chicken and a yummy sauce – lovely combo πŸ˜‹ Making Tuesday a weekend πŸ˜‚

Recipe serves 2: 2.25 syns and 1/2 HexB or 740 calories

Prepare the sauce using:
4 tbsp @heinz_uk no added sugar tomato sauce (2 syns)
4 tbsp white wine vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey (2.5 syns)

Cut 4 chicken thigh fillets (373g) into strips, dip into 1 beaten egg, then into bread crumbs made by blending 1 @morrisons free from white roll (HexB). Cook in the air fryer or oven until crisp.

To a frying pan sprayed with low cal spray lightly fry 1 small diced onion & 1/2 diced red pepper for 5 mins.

Stir in the sauce, bring to boil then simmer until thickened.

Add the cooked chicken, coat with the sauce and serve.

I served with basmati rice (140g uncooked) and tender stem broccoli πŸ₯¦
